Appointments can be made either by telephone, patient on-line access or calling in at the reception desk.

We always try to minimise the waiting time for you and, whilst we try to see you at the appointed time, some patients’ appointments may take longer than the time allocated, so please be patient if there is some delay. A standard appointment is 10 minutes, if you have more than one problem you may book a double appointment.

We will also try to give you an appointment with the doctor that you prefer, but it may not always be possible. It’s also advisable that you should try and see the same doctor during the course of the same illness.

Please always attend your appointment on time and if you are unable to keep your appointment then please remember to call us as soon as possible. By doing this, you will be helping us to make more appointments available for you and other patients.

Please ask the reception staff for further advice on the appropriate appointment.

8:30am to 6:00pm Monday -Friday

We operate an appointment system with morning, afternoon and late appointments on a Thursday evening.

Please remember to cancel your appointments if they are no longer needed.

The doctors work together, you may choose to make an appointment to see the doctor of your choice (and not simply the doctor you are registered with), by telephone, patient on-line access or at the reception desk. For continuing problems it helps to see the same doctor. However, this may not always be possible, for example, during holidays or if you have an urgent problem.

Telephone appointments are available to book, if required with a doctor/nurse practitioner.
